A member of In This Lifetime will email you a standardized contract to review and sign.
5. The Fun Part — Your Graphics!
We create all custom graphics to match the theme of your event.
Colors, inspiration photos, and themes are always appreciated so we can design the perfect look for your event.
We offer a variety of size options, and once we agree on your final graphic design—you're all set!
6. Final Payment Reminder
72 hours before your event, a team member will send a friendly reminder with your remaining balance.
Your final payment can be made on our website under “Final Payment.”

Our goal is to provide high-quality services in a timely manner. We value our clients' time, and in order to serve our clients best, we have implemented a cancellation policy.
After booking your event date, you will be requested to pay a deposit of 50 % total balance. This deposit will be used for your photo booth services.
We kindly request that you inform us at least 14 days before your agreed event date if you need to cancel or reschedule the date. This allows us to offer the vacant slot to other clients who may be waiting for the services. We will refund your deposit or push it forward for the rescheduled date.
If you cancel or or do not wish to reschedule your appointment with less than a 14 days notice, you will be subject to a non-refundable deposit. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy.
The agreed date and Services will be locked in once the Agreement is signed and the non-refundable deposit is paid. Any remaining balance will be due 72 hour pior to the date of the event before the Services Has started and delivered.
One payment reminder will be sent 72 hours prior to your event. It is the client’s responsibility to submit the final payment in a timely manner.
If payment is not received within 48 hours for the event date, the booking will be canceled and all payments made will be non-refundable.
The Provider's photo booth requires Internet access for photo and media files to be sent to guests. If there is no available Internet access, all media files will be sent digitally to the Client within 48 hours after the rental has concluded. After all photo have been disburse Client has 48 to download all images from provided link before being deleted.
The Client agrees to provide the Provider with access to the event venue at least 1 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event. In the event that the Client fails to provide timely access to the venue, the Provider shall not be held responsible for any resulting limitations or compromises in the Services. The Client shall also provide an appropriate space for the setup of the photo booth. The recommended space requirements for the photo booth setup is 10x10 space. The Client shall ensure that sufficient power outlets (3-prong outlets, 5 amps, 110V) are available near the designated setup area. If the photo booth is placed outdoors, the Client shall provide overhead coverage for the photo booth and backdrop throughout the entire event.
(Add-on options are available for purchase if client can not provide some or all setup requirement).
In the event that the Client's rescheduling request is due to circumstances beyond the Client's control (e.g., acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), the rescheduling fee may be waived, and the Provider will make every effort to make a replacement.
The Client acknowledges and agrees to provide a safe and secure work environment free from hazards, attacks, or threats of violence for the Provider's contractors, employees, and representatives ("Service Providers") during the event. The Client shall comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the well-being of all parties involved. In the event that the Service Providers feel unsafe, the Provider reserves the right to take possession of all photo booth equipment immediately and suspend the photo booth services for the remainder of the event. The Provider shall not be held liable for any interruptions or impacts on the event caused by the suspension of services due to safety concerns.
