Our goal is to provide high-quality services in a timely manner. We value our clients' time, and in order to serve our clients best, we have implemented a cancellation policy.

 

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. In the event of cancellation, the client's non-refundable retainer will be forfeited and will not be refunded. Need to make a change? Please reach out as soon as possible. We understand that things happen, and we will always do our best to work with you when possible.

The agreed-upon event date and selected Services will be officially reserved once this Agreement has been signed and the required non-refundable retainer has been paid. Until both requirements are completed, the requested date and Services are not guaranteed.

The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled event date and must be paid in full before the Provider begins providing the Services.

If the remaining balance has not been received by the stated final payment deadline, the Provider reserves the right to cancel the booking. In the event of cancellation due to non-payment, all payments previously made, including the non-refundable retainer, will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

The photo booth may require reliable internet access for instant sharing of photographs, videos, GIFs, boomerangs, or other digital media. If reliable internet is unavailable, the photo booth may still operate; however, instant sharing may not be available during the event.

The Client agrees to provide the Provider with access to the event venue at least 1 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event. In the event that the Client fails to provide timely access to the venue, the Provider shall not be held responsible for any resulting limitations or compromises in the Services. The Client shall also provide an appropriate space for the setup of the photo. 

The Client agrees to provide the Provider with access to the event venue at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled service start time to allow sufficient time for setup and testing of the photo booth.

If the Client or venue fails to provide timely access to the designated setup area, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to provide the Services; however, the Provider shall not be responsible for any delays, reduced service time, or limitations resulting from insufficient or delayed venue access.

The Client is responsible for providing an appropriate and accessible space for the photo booth setup. The recommended minimum space requirement is 10 ft. x 10 ft., unless otherwise agreed upon by the Provider.

The Client shall ensure that adequate electrical power is available near the designated setup area. A dedicated 110V, 3-prong electrical outlet is recommended.

If the photo booth is placed outdoors, the Client must provide adequate overhead coverage to protect the photo booth, equipment, backdrop, and other Provider property from rain, direct weather exposure, and other environmental conditions. The Provider reserves the right to stop or modify outdoor Services if weather or environmental conditions pose a risk to the equipment or safety of guests.

SETUP AND BREAKDOWN SERVICES

The Client agrees to allow a minimum of 1 hour prior to the scheduled service start time for setup.Setup and breakdown/haul-away services are included with the Client's booking unless otherwise stated in the selected package or Agreement.

The Provider will begin breakdown after the scheduled service period has ended. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Provider has reasonable access to the equipment and venue for breakdown and removal. booth. The recommended space requirements for the photo booth setup is 10x10 space. The Client shall ensure that sufficient power outlets (3-prong outlets, 5 amps, 110V) are available near the designated setup area. If the photo booth is placed outdoors, the Client shall provide overhead coverage for the photo booth and backdrop throughout the entire event.

(Add-on options are available for purchase if client can not provide some or all setup requirement).

 The Client may request to reschedule the event to a mutually agreed-upon date and time, subject to the Provider's availability. All rescheduling

requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the original event date.

If the Provider is available on the requested new date, the Client's existing non-refundable retainer may be transferred to the new event date.

Changes to the event date, time, location, Services, or package may be subject to additional fees and must be agreed upon in writing.

If the Provider is unavailable on the requested new date, the Client may choose another available date or cancel the event. The non-refundable

retainer will not be refunded due to the Client's inability to reschedule. Requests made less than 14 days prior to the event are not guaranteed

and remain subject to availability.

A digital download link for event photos will be delivered within 48–72 hours following the conclusion of the event, subject to successful

processing and upload of the files. The link may be shared with multiple individuals for personal use and viewing.

Clients are provided one (1) month from the delivery date to download all event photos. It is the Client's responsibility to download and

securely save the files within this timeframe. Once the download period has expired, In This Lifetime Photobooth is not responsible for storing,

retrieving, or reissuing event photos.

USB DOWNLOAD OPTION

A USB copy of event photos is available for an additional $30. USB requests must be made prior to the event date. Event data will be

transferred to the USB following the event, subject to successful file processing.
